| The R400 is a very standardized, versatile robotic pick and place case packer designed to accommodate a wide range of products at very high speeds. Flexible bags and pouches, semi-rigid and/or rigid trays, tubs, cartons and overwrapped products lay flat or stand- up. The case packer is of stainless steel construction with the robot positioned above the pick belt for washdown applications and ease of access. With the addition of the Twin Head or Twin Robot module, the R400 is capable of even higher throughput. All within the same space saving footprint with a basic frame size of 5’ x 4’-4”. |

| With accuracy of +/- 12 grams, this industrial designed checkweigher has a patented “Lifting weigh platform” that allows the product to be weighed without having to weigh the entire conveyor. This unit features stainless steel construction and standard PLC controls and interfaces with external devices such as barcode scanners, printers and SCADA systems. Standard functions of the CSW include next case holdback, weighing and reject occur in a length of just over 3 feet. CSW mini available for smaller lighter product. |
